M3 MONAVEA WOMEN'S 8K MINI MARATHON

On Sunday 26th May, St Abban's AC will be hosting its annual M3 Monavea Women's 8k Mini Marathon. The event marks the 6th anniversary of what has become one of the most popular women's mini
marathon in the region.
The 8k race has an AAI permit and is open to women of all ages and standards - It will be perfect for those just wishing to take part to get fit, whilst still offering a quality race and
event for the more serious runner.
This year we have introduced a team prize. Why not form a team with friends and predict your time. The prize will be awarded to the team of 4 finishing closest to their predicted team time.
ENTRY FEE: 15 Euro per person or 40 Euro per team of 4
T Shirts to the first 200 registered.
The organisers of the M3 Monavea Women's Mini Marathon would like to take this opportunity to wish you every success on the day. Please find below details for race day.
- Race numbers and T Shirts can be collected on the morning of the race Sunday 26th May in St Abban's AC clubhouse.
- Entries will be taken on the morning of the race from 11.00am in St Abban's AC clubhouse. Please arrive as early as possible to avoid the queues.
Facilities
- Toilet and shower facilities are available at St Abban's clubhouse
- Water and oranges will be available at the finish line on the track
- First Aid personnel will be in attendance on the day and along the race route
- The route will be clearly marked by km markers
- Parking is available at St Abban's sports grounds.
- There will water and oranges at the finish.
- Refreshments will be served in the clubhouse after the event along with the presentation of prizes.
